The terminals at either end of the board, are con-structed from an elastic plastic alloy that allows them to flex towards the floor to facilitate the transition of the car wheel onto the board and re-turn to the original shape as soon as the load is off.

Wheels with self-centering bearings to centre on the rails are located under each board to enable vehicles to be moved with no risk of collisions even in the event an operator should push a vehicle over strongly against another car.

In-floor flush rails are constructed from metal sec-tion with a specific design. They are designed to be set flush into the floor and into the grid inside a furnace booth or preparation area.

Rails resting on the floor are constructed from metal section with a specific design. Rails are eas-ily installed on the floor and secured with anchor bolts. No building works are required and installa-tion is fast and easy. They can also be installed over a grid inside spray booths and preparation areas.The rails protrude over floor level by as little as 2 cm and have ramps on both sides to help wheels and pedestrians pass over them.

Rail pitch, i.e. the distance between two rails, has been designed to permit any car models - from the largest to the smallest cars - to be transported using only five rails, in two different positions.
