    CICI HOLLOWAY STRATEGIC THINKER | HR EXPERT | DIVERSITY SPECIALIST

    Cecelia ("Ci Ci") Holloway is a Consultant with The Barnyard Group, a digitalcommunications firm based in Westport, CT. She was former Co-Head of CommunityAffairs, Culture, and Inclusion at UBS Investment Bank delivering programs that drivecommitment to employee engagement through employee resource groups, communitypartnerships, charitable giving, creating an inclusive culture and ensuring that allprograms were carried out in an environmentally and socially responsible manner. Priorto being promoted to this role, she joined UBS as the Managing Director of Diversity andInclusion for the Americas where she was responsible for leading, developing andimplementing a comprehensive array of programs and initiatives to promote diversity,inclusion, and the ROI and value of difference. Working closely with the Chairman,business heads and Human Resources, she developed talent development strategies toaddress issues such as diversity recruiting/diverse candidate slates, retention/employeeengagement, and the integration of diversity as a highly valued core business driver.

    Prior to UBS, Ci Ci worked for major entertainment companies throughout the Viacom organization, where shefulfilled a number of HR roles during a period of rapid growth. In addition to working closely with MTV Networks,Nickelodeon, Showtime, Television, Radio, and Digital Media divisions as Communications Chair of the corporate-wide diversity initiative, in 2000, she was appointed Senior Vice President of Diversity, Training and OrganizationalDevelopment for Paramount Pictures in Los Angeles.

    Prior to joining Paramount, Ms. Holloway was Senior Vice President, Human Resources at Spelling EntertainmentGroup, Inc. where she was responsible for establishing and overseeing Spellings HR policies and programs globally.She led recruitment, compensation, benefits, diversity, and employee relations initiatives for shows such as JudgeJudy, Judge Joe Brown and 90210; and their Virgin Interactive and Digital divisions globally.

    Ms. Holloway has distinguished herself as a strategic thinker and is results driven. She has demonstrated aconsistent track record of developing business strategies and company objectives by implementing comprehensiveprograms designed to increase productivity and bottom-line profit. Ms. Holloway brings a unique perspective to

    complex and challenging opportunities, as she has extensive experience in mergers and corporate consolidations. Inher human resources roles, she has handled over 14 company acquisitions/divestitures and specializes in corporatereorganization and redesign.

    A Syracuse University alumna, Ms. Holloway has been recognized for her professional and community contributions.Most recently, she received the 2012 Utica College Key Award. In 2011, Profiles in Diversity Journal Magazine gaveMs. Holloway a Women Worth Watching award. The Network Journal magazine named her one of the 25 mostinfluential Black Women in Business for 2009. In 2008, she received an African-American Woman of DistinctionAward by the Urban League of Southern Connecticut. Also in 2008, she became a member of the ExecutiveLeadership Council (ELC), and joined the Board of Trustees of Utica College. In 2006, she became a member of theSecurities Industry Financial Markets Association (SIFMA) Diversity Sub-Committee. In 2005, she was electedPresident, Women In Film/L.A. She has served on the Regional Board of the Anti-Defamation League and served astheir Chair of the 2005 Deborah Awards in Los Angeles. She received the prestigious Deborah Award from the Anti-Defamation League in 2000.

    QUINTON BOWMANHR EXPERT | LAWYER | MENTOR | INTERNATIONAL PUBLIC SPEAKER

    Mr. Quinton Bowman is the Executive Vice President, Human Resources and the senior

    executive managing Human Resources, corporate travel, and corporate facilities andadministration of BET Networks, a unit of Viacom Inc. (NYSE: VIA, VIA.B).

    Mr. Bowman began his employment with BET Networks in November 1998 at itsWashington, D.C. corporate headquarters. He served first as Assistant General Counselfor Employment and Litigation and later as Associate General Counsel. In the Legal AffairsDepartment, Mr. Bowmans primary focus was litigation and employmentmatters. Additionally, he worked on issues related to regulatory matters and intellectualproperty. In 2001, he was moved to the Companys Human Resources to department to

    head it as Vice President, Human Resources. In 2004 was promoted to Senior Vice President, Human Resources,and in 2011 was promoted to Executive Vice President, Human Resources and Administration.

    Mr. Bowman was born in Jackson, Mississippi. He attended the U.S. Military Academy and graduated from there in1978 with a Bachelor of Science Degree. After graduation, Mr. Bowman was commissioned a Second Lieutenant inthe U.S. Army Signal Corps. He attended law school at the University of Virginia graduating in 1985. Upon

    graduation from law school, was appointed a military lawyer in the Army Judge Advocate Generals Corps(JAGC). During his 20 years of active U.S. Army service, Mr. Bowmans assignments included Criminal DefenseCounsel; Chief Prosecutor; Assistant Professor of Law; Chief Deputy Legal Officer; and Chief, Administrative ClaimsBranch. Mr. Bowman retired from the U.S. Army in October 1998 at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.

    Mr. Bowman resides in Arlington, Virginia and is a member of the bars of the Commonwealth of Virginia and theSupreme Court of the United States. He serves as a board member for College Bound, a Washington, DC charitableorganization which helps prepare DC public school students for college through tutoring, mentoring and scholarshipprograms. Additionally, he serves as a trustee of the Washington Lawyers Committee for Civil Rights and UrbanAffairs.

    JOHNNY C. TAYLOR JR.HR EXPERT | LAWYER | AUTHOR | LEADING KEYNOTE SPEAKER

    Past Chairman of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the largest

    association devoted to human resource management with more than 250,000 members in over

    140 countries, Mr. Taylor travels the world extensively as a business leadership speaker andhuman resource thought leader and is frequently sought out by national and international media

    outlets such as The Today Show, CNBC, Reuters, HR Magazine, CBS Evening

    News, Time, Fortune, and The Wall Street Journal. Mr. Taylor is an experienced keynote

    speaker for audiences ranging from 100 to 13,000+ and spanning the globe from the United

    States and Australia to the United Kingdom and South Africa.

    Mr. Taylor is the President & CEO of the Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF), the only

    national organization representing the countrys 47 Public Historically Black Colleges and

    Universities and the 300,000 students matriculating on their campuses. Prior to assuming the presidency of TMCF,

    Mr. Taylor worked as a senior executive forIAC/InterActiveCorp first as its Senior Vice President of Human

    Resources and then as the President & CEO of one of IACs operating subsidiaries. Before joining IAC, Mr. Taylor

    was a Partner in the McGuireWoods law firm; General Counsel and Corporate Secretary forCompass Group USA;

    and he held several senior human resources and legal executive roles with Viacom subsidiaries, BlockbusterEntertainment and Paramount Pictures.

    Mr. Taylor, who currently serves on the corporate board of Gallup, a leader in organizational consulting and public

    opinion research, also volunteers his time to several not for profit/charity boards, including the YMCA of the USA, the

    countrys largest social service agency; the University of Miamis Presidents Council; and the Center for Military and

    Private Sector Initiatives.

    Mr. Taylor received his Bachelor of Science in Communication, with general honors, from the University of Miami;

    Master of Arts in Mass Communication, with honors, from Drake University; and Doctor of Jurisprudence, with

    honors, from the Drake University Law School, where he served as Research Editor of the Drake Law Reviewand

    argued on the National Moot Court Team. He is a member of the Florida, Illinois and Washington, D.C. bars, and

    holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification.

    NICOLE BLANCPSYCHOLOGIST | CONSULTANT | CHANGE MANAGER | WORK-LIFE BALANCE ADVOCATENicole Blanc MSc Occ. Psych, BSc Psych (Hons.) is currentlya Director at ORBIT Solutions Limited, where for the past four years she has been

    responsible for the start up and growth of the HR Services line in the firm.

    Nicole has over 18 years experience and prior to joining ORBIT, she was responsible

    for the start up and successful development of three (3) Human Resource Service

    Lines within well known companies (two global and one local) providing client

    services in Trinidad. These services included: HR Audits; Recruitment;

    Compensation & Benefits Management, Psychometric Assessment, Compensation

    Surveys; Performance Management, Development of HR Policies & Procedures andHR Advisory Services to various clients in Trinidad & Tobago.

    In addition, she was part of larger Change Management consulting teams responsible for providing related servicesto a variety of large and medium sized organizations across both the Public and Private sectors.

    Nicole holds an MSc in Occupational Psychology from the University of Hertfordshire, UK and a BSc (Hons.) inPsychology from the University of Hull, UK. In addition to her consulting experience she has also previously held theposition of Human Resource Manager for a leading manufacturer and distributor of consumer products, withresponsibility for two companies within the Group totaling over 800 staff.

    Nicole is married for 17 years and is the mother of three kids aged 16, 11 and 3. As such, as a mummy, she also has16 years experience as a Chauffeur, Cook, Homework assistant, Nurse, Laundress and Diaper changer.

    When she is not busy juggling work and family life, she is also a Zumba enthusiast !

    JUDY JOSEPH MCSWEENCOACH | MENTOR | ACCOMPLISHED ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT FACILITATOR

    Judy Joseph McSween is an accomplished Organisation Development Facilitator andChief Executive Officer of Meredith McSween International. Ms McSween has a passionfor continued Self Development, Internal and Organisation Transformation and buildingthe capacity in others to facilitate same.

    Her career spans over thirty years, beginning as an Industrial Chemist at bp UK. Onreturning to Trinidad, her focus was on the manufacturing sector, as she worked in thestate and private sectors, collaborating with international investors and Europeantechnical consultants to improve operational efficiencies. Her exposure to diversecultures were impetus for her transition into the field of Organisation Development, whereas the Strategic Planning Practice Leader at Odyssey Consultinc, she designed and

    facilitated Strategic Planning, Leadership and Supervisory Development, Team Development, Recruitment andStakeholder consultations to local and regional public and private sector clients. She has collaborated withinternational Organisation Development Consultants in the design and delivery of Culture TransformationProgrammes on behalf of NTL Institute for Applied Behavioural Science USA.

    Ms McSween holds an MBA in Export Management and International Business from the City University BusinessSchool, England (CASS) and her Bachelor of Science with Honours in Industrial Chemistry from the City UniversityEngland. She received her Certificate in Organisation Development from NTL Institute for Applied BehaviouralScience USA and now sits on their Community of Practice for Personal Development and the Finance Committee.Ms McSween is also a member of the Organisation Development Network. She is also certified in the FrameworksCoaching Process, a process that helps individuals, groups and organisations to increase their understanding ofinterpersonal dynamics, strengthen their willingness to work in partnership and to handle changes with grace.

    Ms McSween is a Past President of the Association of Female Executives of Trinidad and Tobago, Past Secretaryand PRO of Trinidad and Tobago Womens Hockey Association and member of the Local Guiding Board forMeditation. She is an advocate of contemplative practice and volunteers her time to the development of meditationgroups in local and regional educational and parish communities.

    Jane Quesnel B Comm (Hons), MHRM, is currently the Head of Training andPerformance Consulting for the English Caribbean at Scotiabank Limited, where for thepast year and a half she has been responsible for the development of the regional trainingstrategy and a team of 15 training professionals, supporting and providing guidance in 19countries for 6,539 employees. Her previous roles in her 4 year career at Scotiabank T&TLimited include Assistant Manager, Performance & Learning and Manager, Performance &Learning where she supported both T&T and Guyana.

    Prior to Scotiabank she was the Head of Human Resources and Administration for amedium sized electrical installation company where she focused on the areas of Policy

    Development, Change Management, Recruitment, Industrial Relations, PerformanceManagement and Training and Development.

    Jane is certified and coached in Performance Consulting under the tutelage of Dana Robinson, author ofPerformance Consulting: A Practical Guide for HR and Learning Professionals and she is a certified facilitator forseveral workshops including: Sales Excellence, Coaching Sales Excellence, Fundamentals of Coaching Excellence,Situational Frontline Leadership and Managing Performance.

    BRENDA EVELYNEXPERIENCED HR EXECUTIVE | TRAINER | INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS CONSULTANT

    Brenda Evelyn, MBA (HRM) is no stranger to the business conference circuit inBarbados and wider Caribbean owing to her long career in Human ResourceManagement. Brenda is celebrating her official retirement having spent the last tenyears as Assistant Director for Human Resources & Administration at the NationalInsurance Department.

    A past President and Vice President of the Human Resource Management Associationof Barbados HRMAB, Brenda constantly aims to develop the HR function within

    organizations in a way that derives maximum benefits by applying her expertise in Human Resource Management &Development, Administration and Customer Relations Management. Brenda is now spending a lot of time trainingand coaching leading Barbadian organizations on the new piece of legislation, The Employment Rights Act 2012.

    Over her long career, Brenda has worked and managed talent in a number of sectors including banking, IT,

    government and education. She holds both a graduate diploma and MBA in Human Resource Management from theUniversity of the West Indies.

    In addition to her active role in HRMAB, she is also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management SHRM, but she remains most passionate about empowering the youth and helping them to secure their place as thenext generation of professionals, business leaders and HR practitioners. This is reflected in her voluntary youthprogram Preparing for the World of Work.

    The mother of two sons, Brenda also dedicates her time to her post-retirement career as both HR consultant/trainerand real estate agent.

    Lorraine Kam is the Chief Executive Officer of Pink Hibiscus Breast HealthSpecialists. Pink Hibiscus is the first and only Specialist Breast Centre in

    Trinidad & Tobago, which opened its doors in November 2012. Mrs. Kam

    joined the Company from its inception, after working in the financial services

    sector at Citibank for 13 years with her latest role being the Corporate and

    Commercial Bank Head. Mrs. Kam served as an Executive Director on the

    board of Citibank (Trinidad & Tobago) Limited and as a Director on the board

    of the American Chamber of Trinidad & Tobago. Mrs Kam holds a Masters of

    Science in Finance from the Cass Business School in London UK and a

    Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of the West Indies,

    Trinidad. She is a member of the Society of Management Accountants of

    Ontario, Canada and an Affiliate of the Association of Chartered CertifiedAccountants, United Kingdom.
