Examples of industry experts included in EYP
EYP is grounded in concepts that address the global marketplace today—the volatility, the uncertainty, the rapid emergence of new fields, and all the possibilities as a result. For many, it changes how they see the world of work and opens them up to new avenues of opportunity, far beyond their existing resources and circle of influence. Instructional content has been globally tested and validated to empower people and remove perceived career barriers.
The program is based on the critically acclaimed New York Times Best Seller Secrets of the Young & Successful by Jennifer Kushell, who serves as the host of EYP. Jennifer is the founder and CEO of YSN and an internationally recognized thought leader on youth employment and entrepreneurship.

What’s the relationship between Peregrine, Bloomberg and YSN? YSN created EYP, Bloomberg created the B-School Connection services and offers the 20-week subscription to BusinessWeek, both included with the program. Peregrine powers both programs by providing world-class service and support through its secure online platform and 24/7 support team.
What is YSN? Who created the content? YSN (Your Success Now) is an education and media company specializing in the emerging global workforce. YSN has been helping people prepare for and succeed in their careers for 20 years, and has tested these methodologies, tools and content in more than 160 countries. Founder and CEO Jennifer Kushell is a New York Times best-selling author and globally recognized thought leader on youth employment and entrepreneurship. She is an advisor to the UN, the U.S. State Department, the Global Entrepreneurship Program, numerous NGOs, youth leadership organizations, Fortune 500 companies, and industry associations.
How does EYP differ from other career planning resources and services? Other standard career readiness materials like books, workbooks, assessments and software often cost more and require dedicated counselors. Moreover, these materials typically focus on the standard career planning formula of assessments, resume writing, coaching and campus-based recruiting efforts. EYP augments existing services symbiotically, going far beyond these traditional approaches with a customized, organic, holistic, tactical, proven framework. EYP engages people in thinking about the evolving world of work and actively sculpting their future.
How are other schools introducing and implementing the program?EYP was built to be modular and flexible to best suit any institutional structure. There are numerous options for administering the program, including introducting all four courses in classes (as 4 credits) in a single semester or year, or distributed over two or four years (as 1 credit classes). The courses can also be offered as a non-credit program, seminar or bootcamp.
What resources are available to faculty? Ensuring faculty have the support they need is essential. The service comes with an overall Program Guide and Course Syllabi that include program, course, and section-level learning outcomes with assessments. There are also pre & post tests, progress reports, access to an administrative site and 24/7 technical and customer support from Peregrine Academics.
What is the cost of Exploring Your Potential?Pricing starts at $49 per course, there are volume discounts. Contact us to learn about volume discounts.
