Career Craze 2015 PLC Virtual Automation Academy June 9th - 12th July 7th - 10th Participants will program logic controllers used in the manufacturing industry as well as learn about robotics and industry careers. The camp will end with an industry tour of the IAC plant in Madisonville. Students will participate in a mock mine rescue, mock fire rescue, tour the simulated mine, and experience mine conditions through interactive mine simulators. The last day of camp will end with an industry tour of the Warrior Coal Prep Plant facilities. General Information: Participants can participate in both camps, but must be between the ages of 12 and 15. Students will need to be dropped off and picked up at Madisonville Community College, Brown Badgett Technology building each day, with the exception of the last day of camp, where they will meet at the tour facility. Those interested in participating must register with Brianna Pantano at [email protected] with name and t-shirt size. Camp forms (back of page) must be completed and turned in the first day of camp.
