PART I: OPENING FORUM- Candidates for mayor

Speech for 5 minutes Introduce members of the party Flat form of government

- Candidates for vice-mayor Flat form of government Legislative agenda

PART II: QUESTION & ANSWER-Each question will be answered by all Mayoral candidates for 2-5 minutes

Re: Questions:

1. All questions must be written/submitted to a panel of screening committee;2. No personal questions;3. Questions must be strictly on issues/flat form of government4. Time limits of each candidate will be STRICTLY implemented;5. No personal attacks/mudslinging will be allowed;6. In case the speaker exceeds his/her time limit, the microphone will be turned

off;7. In case the candidate will not arrive in the forum, no substitute will be

allowed to take his/her place;8. Each party is reprimanded to discipline his/her own staff members.
