Can Pep den Sitges has the charm and the tranquility of a traditional country house, with

rustic features such as stone floors, wooden beams in the ceilings and thick whitewashed

walls, but it also has all the modern comfort and amenities of a luxurious, contemporary

Finca.

The house has 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. It can sleep up to 14 people.

Description of the property:

The Villa Can Pep den Sitges is very stylishly decorated and offers modern amenities such as

Wi-Fi internet, iPod docking station, alarm and safe.

The main house has 4 double bedrooms, two with en-suite bathrooms, the other two share a

bathroom. In the annexe there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom, ideal for parents

with children. In a separate studio we find an other bedroom, small kitchenette and private

bathroom. All bedrooms are airconditioned.

Especially nice is the outdoor area with very large pool, huge garden, large terrace with

comfortable sun loungers, shaded areas and barbecue. There is also ample space for

parking.
