Sub: Written test followed bv interview for the post of Management Trainee(Human Resource Management)

With reference to your application for the above post, you are requested

to call on us for written test to be conducted at Goa Shipyard Limited at 11:30 Hrs.

on 16.10.2011 followed by personal discussion.

2. The provisional admit card for appearing in the Written Test is enclosed with

this letter. Please note the Date, Time, Venue and other instructions for the

written test from the enclosed Admit Card.

3. The written test will consist of Part A and Part B. Part A will be of 30 marks and

will be generally based on GRE pattern consisting of logical reasoning,

quantitative and general knowledge. Part B will be of 70 marks and the

questions will be related to subject knowledge. The results of the written test will

be announced on the same day. If you are qualified in the written test you are

required to attend Personal discussion with the selection committee. The

personal discussions with selection committee shall be conducted on the next

day.

4. Candidates qualified for interview and on attending the interview will be paid to

& fro II sleeper class train/bus fare by the shortest route from the Railway

Station nearest to your usual place of residence to Vasco-da-Gama.

Reimbursement of fare is subject to your production of cash receipt/ticket in

token of your payment of fare, failing which your claim will not be entertained.

However unemployed SC / ST candidates will be reimbursed II class train / bus

fare by shortest route for attending the written test as per the Govt. Guidelines.

5. In case you are at present employed in any Central Government/ State

Government/ Statutory Body/Public Sector Undertakings and, if your

application has not been forwarded through your employer, you are required to

produce a "No Objection Certificate" from your employer at the time of the

interview without which you will neither be considered for the interview nor this

undertaking will make any payment towards your traveling expenses.

6. You are requested to produce all your Certificates and testimonials, in original,

particularly the following at the time of interview for verification :-

Certificates in support of your qualifications.

(a) Certificates in support of your age and date of birth.

(b) Certificates in support ofyour Training/ Apprenticeship and experience.

(c) Certificates in support of Schedule Caste/Tribe/OBC(non-creamy layer

certificate) / PH / Ex -Serviceman.

(d) Last pay drawn Certificate from the present employer (if employed).

7. You are requested to bring blue/black ball point pen for the written test.

I-~equest for change of date and time for written test/interview shall not be

entertained.
