27TH NATIONAL SELECTION CONFERENCE OF EYP GREECE

CALL FOR OFFICIALS

Dear EYP Alumni,

The 27th National Selection Conference of EYP Greece will be held between the 20th and the 22th of

April, 2013 in Athens. More than 110 Delegates from schools within the Attica region will come together to

experience EYP and take part in a three-day programme.

To help us make this event unforgettable for everyone involved, we are now delighted to launch an open call

for Officials. We are looking for international and Greek Vice-presidents, Chairpersons, Editors,

Editorial Assistants, Video Editors and Journalists.

The participation fee for international Officials is set at €20 and the travel expenses to and from the session

must be covered by the participants. Also, please note that all Officials will be asked to arrive by the

morning of Friday, April 19th to take part in the Officials’ Training.

All those who are available and interested in spending 4 amazing days in Athens should fill out the online

application form to apply as a Chairperson/Vice-President, Editor, Editorial Assistant, Video Editor or

Journalist until 23:59 CET on Sunday, March 10th. Late applications will not be accepted. The

selection will begin once the deadline is over and, as soon as it has been completed, all applicants will be

individually informed of the outcome of their applications.

The Selection Panel for Vice-presidents, Chairpersons and Editors will be made up of the President of

the Session (Ms Indra Mangule), the Head Organisers of the Session (Ms Aspa Georgakopoulou and Mr

Nicholas V. Mousionis) and a Member of the Board of EYP Greece (Ms Marianna Georgiadi ). The

Selection Panel for Journalists will consist of the Editor of the Session (to be selected), the Head Organisers

of the Session (Ms Aspa Georgakopoulou and Mr Nicholas V. Mousionis) and the President of the Board

of EYP Greece (Ms Chrysanthi Koniou).
