Acequia, Visalia, CA November 4-5, 2016 Dear Exhibitor, The California Reading Association would like to invite you to exhibit your content literacy materials at the 49 th Annual California Reading Association Professional Development Institute, November 4-5, 2016 at the Visalia Convention Center in Visalia, CA. The fees are: Early Bird fee for each 8’ table/$140 (payment and registration must be received by September 15 th .) After September 15 th fee is $160 for each 8’ table. The California Reading Association if a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting literacy statewide. This year’s institute theme is, “Literacy: The Bridge to Hope & Opportunity”. We are anticipating approximately 600 – 800 Educators and Administrators from throughout the state of California to attend this institute. We have scheduled our Exhibits to be open Friday, November 4th, from 12:00 noon to 7:00 pm and Saturday, November 5 th , from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. Time has also been set aside for Exclusive Exhibit Hours on both days where you will have conflict free exhibit time with no concurrent sessions scheduled. Exhibit Hall is not carpeted. Tables will have tablecloths. SET-UP HOURS: Friday, November 4, 8:00 am – 12:00 noon. EXHIBIT FEES: There will be no refund of exhibit fees or cancellations, for any reason, after September 15, 2016. ANY cancellations prior to September 15, 2016 are subject to a $50 per space processing fee. ALL BOXES MUST BE OUT OF THE AISLES AND OUT OF SIGHT BEFORE EXHIBITS OPEN ON FRIDAY NOV. 4 AT 12:00 PM. ABSOLUTELY NO TABLES MAY BE DISMANTLED BEFORE 5:00 PM, SATURDAY NOV. 5. ALL MATERIAL MUST BE REMOVED AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE. The Convention Center can start receiving packages Monday, October 31, 2016. All shipping arrangements must

be made prior to the event for delivery and pick-up. The Convention Center does not provide this service.

If you are bringing your materials you may unload behind the Convention Center at the Loading Dock. You may

also bring you materials through the front entrance.

Your order must be received by the Convention Center (with payment) by October 28th.
