TECHNICAL INFORMATION

AEROCUSH™Until now it was not possible to use PU foam as a midsole in a Vulcanized shoe due to the high heat during the production process. C1RCA has developed a special compound of PU foam that is fused directly to our Fusion Grip ™ rubber outsole prior to vulcanizing. Thus creating a full length cushioning midsole inside a genuine vulcanized shoe. In addition, we also placed a special high impact absorbing foam runner cookie into the heel. This combination provides unsurpassed comfort and heel protection.

CPU™C1RCA’s full length Polyurethane Insoles are designed to distribute the weight of your body evenly over your feet. The unique construction catches the shock force of skateboarding and distributes it evenly throughout your forefoot, arch, and heel to reduce impact. Additionally the CPU™ insoles will not collapse or thin out over time so they can be used again and again.

DURA-LOCK™C1RCA’s DuraLock insole uses a dual density EVA combined with a unique heel stabilizer made of molded PVC. The insole provides full arch support, a soft EVA in the forefoot for cushioning, and a stiffer EVA in the heel for stability. Together with the PVC stabilizer to keep your foot in place, the DuraLock insole provides excellent cushioning and support.

KICKFLIP-PROOF CONSTRUCTIONThe shoes toe boxes have no exposed edges or layers that can be ripped, which makes the shoes last longer.

FusionGrip™ is our exclusive C1RCA rubber technology, with the most advanced outsole compound system available in skateboarding. This breakthrough formula is a super soft and sticky rubber composite compound that greatly improves your grip, contact, and board control with enhanced durability. FusionGrip™ is also twice as flexible as standard rubber soles and way more comfortable. The increased performance of FusionGrip™ puts you one-on-one with your skateboard. It will change the way you skate.

H20 WATER RESISTANCEC1RCA is known to use only the best and highest quality materials. Now with the addition of water resistant fabrics and materials, this C1RCA product can be worn confidently in all weather situations.

SYNTHETIC 100% synthetic materials are used to reduce weight, prevent stretching and also are vegan friendly.

PHYLON A very lightweight foam material made from compressed EVA. C1RCA uses this foam as midsoles in certain models for enhanced performance.
