What is Plantar Fasciitis?

Plantar fasciitis occurs when the plantar fascia is placed under excessive stress and strain causing inflammation of the tissue and pain. The two most common sites of pain are on the inside of the arch and on the inside of the sole of the heel. Spenco® Total Support® Insoles and Footwear help you reduce the risk of getting plantar fasciitis and alleviate the discomfort if you already have it, no matter what the cause.
