Earning the Outstanding award is the first criteria for determining eligibility for the Distinguished award, so it will important that you pay attention to the Lucas criteria and follow instructions.

• inclusiveness (officers vs. members) • delegation of tasks • attendance (overall by club) • growth (change in format/content, etc.)

Division Council Meetings
