What To Do During the Phase-Out?1. Participate in truancy
proceedings. Enter appearances in truancy fact findings or just show up.• Pro Bono representation.• Find a reason the student
requires an attorney IDEA, GR 33, ADA filing requirements.
• Truancy WARNS, family meetings, alternatives, schedule modifications
• ARY Home study.
