Hello, we live in England, in a city called Sheffield. We belong to a school named St Patricks Catholic Primary School at Lane
Top. Every now and then, we have assembly's that
our head teacher Mrs. Nelis leads.In our class, we have been learning about Ancient Greece. Well, the whole school have
been learning about Ancient Greece.

We go to our school church to celebrate different holidays like Christmas, Easter and lent.
Our church priest is called Father Peter.We also celebrate our Holy Communion.

Our School Playgrounds
We have two main playgrounds one is for years 1 and 2. The other is for years 3, 4, 5 and 6. The lunch time supervisors take out the equipment like cricket, tennis, basketball and football. They also get out hoops, skipping ropes and sponge balls.
Manga High
Recently, we have been working on a website called Manga High. On Manga High, we play maths games.
Our teacher puts on challenges (games) for us all. On Manga High you can verse other schools.PLEASE NOTE-:Get your teachers to get this website MangaHigh.com
Our ICT Suite
We always smile here
In our ICT suite we have lots of computer as you can see in the photo below. We also have many laptops that are very, very good. We LOVE to play on the computers we play on my maths, education city and of course the best MANGA HIGH .
The Field WE LOVE THE FIELD!
This is our school field. When it’s sunny, the teachers and dinner
ladies let us on.
The field is great. Sometimes the little ones go on and the bigger ones look after them. Lots of the girls do handstands and cart wheels but the boys play football.
Faces Of All
This picture is a display of all our faces we sketched in class for art. Art is our favourite subject.
The Mini Olympics
In our school we are having a Mini Olympics . We have 5 teams: red, blue, green, yellow and black. It is very fun as we get to learn about the Olympics . We all get to play mini Olympic games!!!
Library! This is the school library where we
get our reading books. Children come here to get a reading books or story sacks after school or at lunch time. At the library we have many books for different ages like; story
sacks are mostly for younger children, there are also big books for the older children. The story sacks
are for all the children.
Prayer Display
Mrs. Nelis, sets up our prayer displays every month of the year. Our statue is Mary she is holding Baby Jesus. WE LOVE JESUS!!!!!!!!!!!!
Our School Allotment In our school we have an allotment. We plant all types of different fruits and vegetables like: tomato’s, lettuces, carrots and many, many more.
The Corridors
This is the downstairs corridors, this is where children and teachers walk up and down to get to places. In the corridors, we have many different displays showing the children's work and pictures of clubs. On the top corridor, there is a big display of Indian work; there are also classrooms along. Down this
corridor is the head teachers office.
Our Queens Diamond Jubilee Display
Very lately, we have been working on the Queens Diamond Jubilee. We also had a competition to design a logo for the queen. It was very FUN!!
Our Charity's that we have helped
Over the years we have helped so many different charity’s. We have helped Cafod, Educators Trust India, The Good Shepherd Fund, St Willfrid’s Charity, Fairtrade, The Fire-fighters Trust and many many more.

Our Art Display
This is our art display. Every year we put different art up to show how hard they have worked. We put paintings up, drawings from different classes. Sometimes we have them framed on the wall in the corridor.

School Shelter
This is our school shelter. We have had this built 4 months ago. A lot of children go under it when it is too hot or too rainy or just to sit down.As you can see we have a table, well sometimes we eat there. In the

yard,
there is
also a
shelter
there.
The year 6 cookie project!!
In the year 6 class we are doing a project called the cookie project. We have to make and sell cookies with a amount of five pounds. It is whoever makes the most money from selling them. We have 6 groups competing against each other.
