State‐wide visits by Nuclear Consultation and Response Agency ‐ Circular 34.4
South Australians are being encouraged by the Consultation and Response Agency (CARA) to attend state‐wide engagement sessions on the nuclear fuel cycle throughout August, September and October.

Messenger Delivery Points
From 1 July 2016, The Messenger ceased delivery to units, flats and businesses.
Members of the community will now be able to collect a copy from the following location’s nearby;

Organic Waste Education
Did you know the following items can be put into your green organics bin?
Beautification works on Gawler Terrace
Council completed some landscaping of the Gawler Terrace Protuberances including replanting on Wednesday this week.
Unfortunately it was discovered on Thursday that 17 plants were stolen overnight.
Whilst the plants will be replaced, naturally Council is disappointed with what has occured.
Metropolitan Police Station Front Counter Hours
The Assistant Commission from the South Australian Police is currently reviewing the operating hours for all metropolitan police station front counters.
On 5 September 2016, some metropolitan police station front counter operating hours will change. The table below shows the new operating hours.
Consultation on parking controls
Walkerville Council is reviewing parking controls in 5 areas:
Walkerville Terrace
Park Terrace
Church Terrace
Clarke Street
Gilberton area
Council has written to owner/occupiers in these streets and invited them to comment. The proposed changes are also open for public consultation to the wider community. Considerable collaboration has gone into developing series of workable solutions for residents, schools and the surrounding community.
