What did he find? Kindness, favor, goodwill, mercy, & love of

God

How can we know? Because his life was spared

God’s Amazing Grace –Eph.2:1-10

NOT because he was sinless! (Rom.4:1-5) He was just, blameless, & walked with God

Just = to be righteous (Titus 2:11-12) Blameless = innocent, cannot be charged with

wrongdoing (Titus 2:7-8; 2Pet.3:14) Walked with God =persevere, continue (Eph.2:10)

3 ways to walk with God (Eph.5:2,8,15) In love for God -As children of light -Carefully

God told him about the coming flood & how to save himself from destruction(Gen.6:11-18)

Faith in what God told him = action Heb.11:7

Today, God blesses us with the same favor Tells of coming destruction & how to be saved 2 Pet.3:1-13

If Noah deviated from God’s instructions would he have continued to receive grace?

Obedience keeps us in good favor with God

Based upon blood of Christ (Heb.12:22-24) obedience to Him (Heb.12:25-29) Guaranteed (Eph.1:13-14) Incorruptible, undefiled, doesn’t fade,

reserved (1Pet.1:3-5)

“By faith Noah, being divinely warned of things not yet seen, moved with godly fear, prepared an ark for the saving of his household, by which he condemned the world…” (Heb.11:7)

God extends His grace to us today through the blood of Christ We contact the blood through baptism–Rom.6:3-
