Rules and Conditions of Busking

1. All prospective buskers must register via the application process prior to 25th March 2014

2. If you are accepted you will be notified by email/phone.

3. Registered buskers/street performers will be issued with a numbered pass to identify them by the festival office.

4. Buskers/street performers not registered with the festival will incur fines from Alpine Shire - local laws.

5. Buskers/street performers must provide the festival with a Certificate of Currency of Public Liability Insurance with this application. ONLY applicants with proof of PLI will be accepted.

6. Buskers/street performers may sell CD’s and display any promotional material they wish.

7. Amplified busking/street performing is only permitted in designated areas set by the busking coordinator. Buskers must turn down or off amplification if requested by festival staff.
