Blackpride consulting is a Business Consulting, Recruitment and Placements Agency. The head office is situated in Benoni east of Johannesburg.
The company complements its clients’ Senior Management Teams and HR Departments by providing specialist recruitment services, predominantly, but by no means exclusively in the areas of the Motor Industry, Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Telecoms – and general recruitment.
Services provided include permanent placements as well as a very strong temp desk in response to clients’ needs.
Blackpride currently recruits to many of the leading institutions in the fields in which they specialise both in South Africa and elsewhere in Africa.
Service levels are focused on the sourcing and evaluation of middle to upper middle management talent. Blackpride consultants are mature, successful, mostly University graduates. They are chosen for their proven ability in various industry sectors and they have a complementary variety of business experiences and skills aligned around a proven ability to recognise and select talented candidates.
Blackpride Consulting believes in establishing the culture, values and ethos of a client as a matter of priority, as it regards this process as essential to the understanding of the client’s business, strategy and communication style.
Introduction
The search process is completed quickly and candidates put forward for the clients’ consideration have been extensively interviewed in accordance with a comprehensive internal process.
Blackpride focuses on quality rather than quantity and has a reputation for producing top quality candidates.
The thorough interviewing process ensures that the CV’s forwarded to clients are detailed and include an assessment of candidates’ strengths and weaknesses as they relate to the job spec, if requested by the client specification. The ‘strength finder” assessment tool kit is utilised in these instances.
Reference checking is a sensitive process and is only carried out at the stage when it is believed an offer of employment is imminent and include verification of qualifications, criminal, credit clearances and so on.
The challenges of meeting clients’ needs with the best available talent keep the team motivated and focused on this exciting industry.

She has held senior consultative positions in finance, marketing, re-engineering, change management, IT, mentoring and coaching in South African based multi nationals, parastatals and governmental organizations.
She has very strong leadership and communication skills that create team and organisational effectiveness. She is a strategic and innovative thinker, customer-focused and very results driven, with ability to understand complex issues and problems and develop workable solutions to them.
