B.C.A. Word
• Students learn the correct way of typing. • Continuous repetition of the keys
and instructions are given.• Students must practice in order to
increase speed and accuracy.• On the teachers web-page; several
web-site have been posted. Students are instructed to use these sites to help with speed and accuracy.
• Instructions are written on the board every day so that each student knows what she is to do before class starts.
• Note Book and Folders are essential. Students may use their notes for any exam.
• A Jump Drive will be provided to each student. Students can also use any information on their Jump Drive for any exams.
B.C.A. Word
• Grades:• Students are graded on Posture,
Class Participation, Exams, Class Work, Note Book and the ability to solve problems on their own.• Timing Test are given frequently.
• Word:• Students will type:
• Letters• Letters with envelopes, tables,
enumerations, two page letters.• Memorandums• Students will have to know the
difference between letters and memorandums.• Memorandums with, tables,
enumerations.

• Students will learn the Excel Program. • Students will use the Spread
Sheet to construct and work on Budgets & Grades.
B.C.A. PowerPoint
• Students are going to have to work on a PowerPoint that will be presented in class.• Presentation are to be between
5-10 minutes long. • Minimum of 6 slides. Maximum
of 9 slides.
