is the protagonist of the story.The Monroes found him in a movie
theater seat.
HaroldHarold is telling the story, and he loves
chocolate cupcakes with cream in the middle.
Harold (Continued..)Harold is a dog that lives with the
Monroes, and he hates green sour balls!
Chester is a cat that can read.He sleeps all day so he can watch
Bunnicula at night.

Chester (Continued..)Chester tries to starve Bunnicula, and he
is always talking sarcastically.
Toby is the youngest, he is 8 years old.Toby is a nice kid.

Toby (Continued..)Toby stays up late on Friday to read, and
share snacks with Harold.
PetePete is the oldest, he is 10 years old.He calls Harold smelly, but he rarely
changes his socks.
Pete (Continued..)Pete slams his bedroom door in Harold’s
face, he’s really mean!
Mrs. MonroeMrs. Monroe is Toby and Pete’s mom, and
she is a really nice and sweet lawyer.She wanted to name Bunnicula, Fluffy.
Mr. MonroeHe is a reasonable person, so he thinks
Bunnicula is a regular rabbit.Mr. Monroe is the dad of Toby and Pete,
and is a college professor.
White Vegetables!The Monroes wake up to a big surprise,
when a bunch of their vegetables have turned white!

They think it was the store they got them from, or maybe chemicals put on them, but the animals think it was Bunnicula.
Salad Bowl Mayhem..Harold finds out that Chester has been
starving Bunnicula. He sees a salad on the table, and puts Bunnicula on the table to eat it.

Chester tries to stop him, and gets in trouble.
A Trip to the VetThe Monroes take their pets to the vet,
and Harold is supposed to get shots!

Chester is diagnosed with emotional problems, Bunnicula with dehydration, and Harold doesn’t need his shots!
