Bunkersilo BPS typical for Bunkersilo ist the „linear extraction“ and adaptation to most floor space.

High-Tech-fabric This used fabric is more UV-resistant as normal white fabric. At least 6 times security factor in seams and fabric. Fabric with antistatic characteristics is possible. Supplementary extended equipment is possible.

Bunkersilo BPS, universal Silo

Our silos are fabricated from High-Tech fabric, which has been tried and tested for decades. (not white BIG-Bag-fabric).

The seams and fabric are manufactured to a reliability standard six times higher than other products.

The grey fabric with noble look is much more UV-resistant as white fabric. The weaved UV-stabilisators provide for tonnage capacity, which isn’t influenced by UV-rays. Scientific studies show, the strength of the white fabric will be reduced till 50% and more after 4.800 hours of sun rays (ca. 3 years in service) with unforeseeable results. Therefore protective procedure is important by covering a window or applying a protective coat to it. This fact is often not explained, but not by us.

Do you know, that even few amount of moisture in cellar can damage your biomass? Not by our Silos. The construction of the silos is in such a way, that air circulates through silos and the goods can not be damaged. At the same the silo fabric has also antistatic features fast according to ATEX-Niveau. In determining your room space you need also some space for montage in regarding with silo ground space.

No air extraction during silo loading, because of breathable fabric.

The integrated impact and wear protection, made out of heavy gummed fabric (surface weight ca. 860 g/m²),

More flexibility through revision and inspection hatch. Therefore wood pellet boiler service is very simple. You don’t have to wait for the first delivery of wood pellets, you can just put some kg pellets in to your silo through an inspection hatch and put your installation in service.

The flexible silo cover is made of „silo body“, this gives you more safety.

The Bunkersilo is filled by a blower truck. The breathable fabric guarantees gentle and dust free loading.

Components as an inspection hatch and wear protection are standard in our silos.

Very quickly and easy montage even for an inexperienced man – without special instrument – in max. 2- 3. You need for montage only two types of keys and a screw driver.

The silos have only one filling tube till dimensions 2,23 m., from 2,54 m they have two filling tubes. Commercially available sondes of boiler producers can be used. Simple installation in pneumatic discharge hopper. Simple montage in pneumatic discharge is possible. „Trog-Uni“ – „Trough-Uni with 2 or 3 sondes“ is adaptable. (protected design)

Also other discharge systems are possible with BPS: flex. auger discharge can be installed supplementary on demand under silo. We offer you exact the solution you need for your boiler. No doubt, there is a possibility to install an additional manual extraction on demand- for eg. for pellet stove.
