We offer the full range of architectural service from concept, to planning, tender to implementation on site and beyond. We are a fully RIBA chartered practice within Tata Steel Projects, working closely with the other design services as the lead designer, to ensure a fully coordinated mulit-disciplinary approach to schemes.
With a wide scope of experience through all sectors we offer a holistic design approach throughout. We design with full consideration of budget and programme to give the client the facility they want on time.
Structural Engineering We offer a comprehensive range of engineering services from inspection and assessment of existing assets to refurbishments and new build. We provide a unique service tailored to suit the client’s needs from project inception through site investigation, outline and detailed design, construction and commissioning.
We have extensive experience working with process designers, contractors and end users providing design advice, interface and systems to fully co-ordinate design, construction and programme with all parties.

BIM
We are at the forefront of design project delivery using the latest tools and software. BIM is used across all disciplines as our primary design and interface tool. We have successfully delivered large multidisciplinary schemes within the BIM environment providing a fully collaborative design which can be shared live with stakeholders.
The BIM model is used to output drawings and deliverables in addition to coordination, clash detection and management of programme, quantities and cost throughout the life cycle of the building.
