Buildings Capability Statement EXPERIENCE OVERVIEW LIBRARY LANE DEVELOPMENT (Client: Library Lane Developments Ltd) Calibre Consulting is providing the structural design for this landmark medium rise apartment complex designed by Brown Day Group Architects. The first stage of the development consists of three five-storey apartment towers over a two storey common basement on a sloping site. The structure incorporates ductile concrete shear walls and steel moment-resisting frames to minimise intrusion to the apartment units and maximise the usable floor area. ROYAL GARDEN APARTMENTS (Client: Auckland Weihao Investments Ltd): The Royal Garden Apartments includes 5 levels of apartments, two levels of car parking, 4043m² of commercial and retail activity. Calibre Consulting were appointed by the client to provide the multi-storey structural design. The stepped and sloped podium floors are well detailed to resist significant diaphragm force transfer from the buildings to the basement during earthquakes while meeting functional and performance requirements to support HN traffic loads and significant streetscape requirements. THE EVE APARTMENTS (Client: Gerard Holdings Ltd) Fletcher Construction are working with Paul Brown Architects to deliver “The Eve” Apartments at 201 Hobson St in the Auckland CBD. The proposed 12 storey apartment complex which will contain 60 apartments will be situated on an existing Victorian Style 3 storey masonry building which requires significant modifications to form apartment space, car parking, retail and terraced areas. Calibre Consulting have been engaged to provide structural and civil engineering design and construction observation. THE MARITIME APARTMENTS (Client: The Maritime Apartments Ltd) The Maritime Apartments is a 16-level apartment building in the Auckland CBD. The project consists of a two-level car-park basement, which is made more complex by the high-rise and masonry buildings that neighbour the site. The structure comprises of a moment frame / shear wall solution to transfer seismic loads and limit inter-storey drifts to neighbouring buildings. The building has some unique architectural features that need to be carefully considered and appreciated to devise the structural form. » Clifton Court Apartments » Hobsonville Point Sunderland A » Metlife Care Greenwich Gardens » Pipimea Reef Apartments » Parc la Vue Apartments » Alchemy Apartment,s Sydney » Anadara Apartments, Sydney » George and York, Sydney » The Edge Hotel and Apartments, Rockhampton » Sorrento Apartments, Brisbane Rotorua Police Station
