To understand the current standing of NMSBA/School Report Card to increase student achievement, proficiency and graduation rate which aligns with domains 1 and 3 from the NMPED teacher observation rubric.

To implement learning objectives, text-dependent questions and the CCSS (College and Career Readiness Anchor Standards for Reading/Writing) using the ACE (Answer, Cite, and Expand) Strategy for constructed response which aligns with domains 1-4.

To monitor student attendance and current standing of progress by inputting grades in PowerSchool which aligns with domains 1 and 3 of NMPED teacher observation rubric.

To be a reflective teacher to build a positive learning environment to increase academic achievement as identified in domains.
