BUCK ROGERS MOCKTAIL Recipe, generously shared by Matt Saunders of Chambers Cocktail Company https://chamberscocktailcompany.co.uk [email protected] Serves 1 125ml Ginger Ale 25ml Homemade Raspberry syrup (see below for how to make it) 15ml Fresh lime juice 3 Wedges of lime 1 Sprig of mint Muddle the lime wedges and mint leaves in the bottom of a short tumbler. Add the raspberry syrup and fresh lime juice. Add crushed ice and mix Top with ginger ale Garnish with mint and a fresh lime wedge To make the raspberry syrup In a saucepan mix one cup of granulated sugar and one cup of water and bring to the boil. Once boiled turned down to a low heat and add one cup of raspberries, cook until the fruit has broken down. Strain and bottle.
