1 Admission requirements Any National Diploma, bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualifi cation. (Completed via Higher Education and Training). The purpose of this qualifi cation is to enhance your skills in quality management within your fi eld of specialisation.

2 Programme outcomesThis degree should enable the student to do the following: Implement a quality management system Eff ectively audit the system Use statistical methods and techniques in the evaluation of data, and present data professionally that could be used to make important

quality decisions Continuously improve all processes in the organisation Plan, implement and manage total quality in an organisation Consistently move the organisation towards excellence by implementing the SA Excellence Model
