Tags on the Line PortalHow to Raise a Tags Query

To raise a new tags query click the link in the left hand menu.

Enter the telephone number and click submit.

Check the response to confirm if there is already a service on the line. Where available click ‘here’ to raise a tag query if necessary.

Enter the customer’s name, address and postcode. The telephone number should be pre-populated.

Enter any additional information in relation to your query and click ‘raise query’.
