Making it work for our customers
In order to drive cost efficiency and bring together remote operations, Anglo American
recently deployed One Voice and One Collaborate for audio, video and web conferencing.
To extend and transform the way they communicate with remote colleagues, partners and customers across
regions, this global pharmaceutical company deployed One Collaborate video and BT’s Cloud Contact Cisco
platform for over 500 agents allowing them to grow in size and scope to meet future global requirements.
Major Consumer Packaged Goods company consolidated multiple suppliers and technologies into a single
unified communication solution to maximise collaboration between around 6,000 employees working across
the European Region. They were looking for a solution that was not only robust and reliable, but also a path to
