80th Terrace regarding a domestic disturbance. Upon our arrival, we made contact with Bruce and ElizabethAugello. Elizabeth stated that during an argument with her husband, he grabbed her and started to push her out ofthe computer room/ study. Elizabeth stated that during the argument. Bruce bit her on her left forearm andbackhanded her across the face. I observed a red mark on the victims's face, several sc ra tches on her right forearm,and teeth marks on her left forearm. The bite marks did not break the skin and Elizabeth refused any medicalattention several times. Photographs of the injuries were taken and submined to CCPD records.

Bruce stated that during an argument with his \vife, she grabbed him in the crotch and he tried to push herout ofhis computer room/ study. He admitted to biting her whi le trying to break contact w ith her.l did not observe anysigns of injury on Bruce.

Bruce Augello was placed under arrest (CK04 -0674) for sim ple battery and transported to CCPD jai l forprocessing and late r turned over to BSO jail. Initial ly, El izabeth refused to cooperate further and would not providea taped statement. However after Bruce was removed from the scene, she gave a taped state-ment regarding theincident to Ofc. M. Valenti (see supplement). No further action.

On 09/0312004, I responded to S181 NWSO Terr. as a backup officer in reference to n domestic disturbance. Upon myar rival, I met with Bruce Augello, who stated that he got into a verbal argument wilh his wife. Elizabeth Auge11. whichhad turned physical. Elizabeth said that Bruce bit her arms and b1d..hnnded her across the face with his hand. Iobser.ed bite marks on both ofElizabeth's arms and a red mark on the left side of her face. Elizabeth also stated thatBruce had pushed her several times and put both his hands around her neck. Elizabeth was able to get away from Bruceand she contacted CCPD.Initially Elizabeth did not want to give a tape statement and was very upset that husband was arrested. After Elizabethcalmed down she agreed to ghe a sworn tape statement. and it \\AS placed in the dropsafe under property number2004131 1. A case number and domestic violence pamphlet wa& gi..,en.
