BROTHERHOOD OF ST. ANDREW SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM
DIOCESE OF TEXAS
TWO $2,000.00 SCHOLARSHIPS GIVEN IN 2015
The Brotherhood of St. Andrew will give two $2,000.00 Scholarships to two high school graduating seniors in the Diocese of Texas. The scholarships will be awarded in May 2015.
Each parish or mission may submit one application. You are encouraged to have all interested sen-iors in the parish submit an application and a winner is then selected by a committee or an individual. Forward the winning application to: The Brotherhood of St. Andrew, 2322 Spring Cypress Road Spring, Texas 77388. email: [email protected].
• A letter of recommendation for the candidate, written by the Priest, Youth Director or Senior Warden, should accompany the application.
• All applications from the candidates should be received by the Priest or person in charge by April 1, 2015. The Brotherhood will need the winning application from each parish by April 6, 2015.
• Late applications will not be accepted.
•The scholarship money wil be sent directly to the college the winners plan to attend. If a winner chooses not to attend college, the money will be returned to the Brotherhood of St. Andrew.

Remember to include: • Completed Scholarship Application Form • Copy ofAcceptance Letter or Proof of Enrollment from the college you plan to attend. • A fifteen-hundred word or less response to the following questions: What experiences have you
had at your church and/or in your community that inspired you to serve? How are you serving God right now?
• Why do you think your goals qualify you for this scholarship?
