ABOUT CALIBROCalibro is an independently operating daughter of MaxGrip. In their
consulting branch requests for Interim Managers were significantly
increasing every year. Thus to meet the supply and demand Calibro
was established in 2010.

SOLID INTERIM MANAGEMENTInterim Managers are temporary. Their time is spent solving problems,
steering change, or leading projects. The client consciously decides to
use an interim manager because of their capacity, expertise or specific
organizational assignment.
Calibro utilizes four main models for interim management:
Project Management
The initial situation is identified: the goals are clearly formulated
using SMART in addition to time, budget, quality, information and
organization.
Change Management
The initial situation is roughly identified; the client also emphasizes
the softer aspects of the situation such as culture and change. The
destination is often no more than a desired direction. Timeframe and
tools are gradually mapped as well.
Continual Management
This is when a specific function needs to be fulfilled due to illness,
dismissal, sabbatical, pregnancy leave, or the time between an old
and a new employee.
Crisis Management
When an extreme decision has been made often it is pragmatic to hire
external support not only for the expertise but also the interpersonal
dimensions.

The Interim Managers of Calibro are highly accomplished in their
industries and have more than amply earned their merits. They have
valuable insight into the technical aspects of the issues and are
excellent managers for people and their environs. Moreover all are

Agile and Effective
Thanks to their extensive experience Calibro’s Interim Managers are
agile which allow them to be placed inside the organization quickly,
have acuity into the specific problems and issues, and can effectively
implement solutions. One could say that they are ‘one size to big’ for
the project therefore able to handle unexpected developments with

Fresh Perspective and Dedicated
The Interim Manager comes from outside the organization but for

complete.

problems. The manager matches his/her skills and expertise to the
corresponding framework to achieve the desired solution. If necessary,
he/she will refresh his/her knowledge with further learning.
STEP-BY-STEP PLAN
TYPICAL CALIBRO INTERIM MANAGER PROFILE
The Interim Manager has earned a university or masters
degree in the technical industry. He/she has at least ten
years relevant experience, and has been an entrepreneur
for at least five years. He/she is energetic and social. He/
she speaks the language of the work floor as well as of the
directors and can transition between the two with ease.
