Mr. Sunil Kakkad, the founder and promoter of Sai  InfoSystem  India Ltd (SIS), made

humble beginning in the year 1992 with a team of 4 members. Today, SIS employs ove

700+ people. It very well reflects his strong belief in not just aiming higher but believin

and doing things that he loves to do. This philosophy of his life has led him to rise highe

each time a goal is accomplished.

Mr. Kakkad, an Engineer with a degree in Electronics & Telecommunication & a firs

generation entrepreneur with 18 years of experience, spearheads the organization with

The role of businessupport systems in a service provider is to cover four main areas:

Operation Support System (OSS) is for supporting processes  such as  maintaininnetwork inventory, provisioning services, configuring network components, anmanaging faults.

Software Development in SIS used to refer to the activity of computer

programming, which is the process of writing and maintaining the source code, butin a broader sense of the term it includes all that is involved between theconception of the desired software through to the final output of the software, ideally in a planned and structured process. Therefore, software development mayinclude research, new development, modification, reuse, re-engineering, maintenance, or any other activities that result in software products.

o  Data Centre

Data Centre is a facility to provide the ideal environment required for hostinmission critical servers for customers who want to outsource their IT infrastructureData Centres are designed to ensure that the servers are continuously in aenvironment where the temperature and humidity are maintained at optimumlevels using redundant Precision Air Conditioners.

Data Centre also has facility for redundant, stabilized and uninterrupted power supply to ensure that the

servers are always up and running. Moreover multiplelevels of security and very advanced fire safety tools ensure that servers are safe from all kinds of danger.

The Data Centre facility is backed by trained engineers who are always monitorinthe server performance parameters to ensure uninterrupted  services from thserver to the customer. The Data Centre frees the customer from the hassles omaintaining IT infrastructure at his premises reduces IT Capex and Opex.

SIS Call Centre is  state of the art, and provides good  service to our customersQuality and  integrity - Side-by-side monitoring, remote monitoring and randomcustomer call-backs are just some of the means we employ in providing excellent service.

SIS Call Centre staff are organized into a multi-tier support system for a moreefficient handling of calls. The first tier in such a model consists of operators, whodirect inquiries to the appropriate department and provide general directoryinformation. If a caller requires more assistance, the call is forwarded to thesecond tier, where most issues can be resolved. In some cases, there may be three

or more tiers of support staff. If a caller requires more assistance, the caller is forwarded to the third tier of support; typically the third tier of support is formed by product engineers/developers or highly-skilled technical support staff of theproduct.

o  E-procurement Solutions 

E-procurement (electronic procurement sometimes also known as  supplieexchange) is the business-to-business or business-to consumer or Business-togovernment purchase and sale of supplies, Work and Services through the Interneas well as other information·s and  networking systems,  such as Electronic Dat
