BRITTANY'S Milk factory production

We have visited a milk factory in Rennes, local production but international distribution

First of all we had to put on suits for hygiene reasons

At the farm, the milk is put in a tank.Then, they put the milk in a truk

Arrive at the firm, milk is Transfered in a citern.

The milk is sterilised (by heat UHT)in those complicated machines

These machines are regulatedBy computers

Then the milk is puttenIn UHT boxes, with those

machines

When they arrive, boxes are like this big wheel, a special machine

Transform them to receive the milk.

Then boxes are gathered by 6 and enveloped with a plastic film

During all these operations, many hygienic controls are made.

This factory also produces butter and fresh cream

There is no additivesin this kind of production

What could I say, it's been a pleasant visit !!!
