To whom it may concern,We are writing to you today to offer an exciting partnership opportunity with the Bremen International Model United Nations (BRIMUN). BRIMUN is an exciting annual student-organized conference now celebrating its 10th anniversary. It welcomes highly qualified students from a variety of prestigious universities around the globe, provoking complex debates similar to those that take place in the United Nations by simulating highly realistic scenarios. Delegates at BRIMUN will embark on a journey of negotiation, diplomacy and cooperation while putting into practice vital skills that serve them daily through their education and careers.

Focus on Good GovernanceThis year, our focus is on Good Governance. The topic centers on the operation of effective public institutions, the responsible use of power, and the efficient management of public resources by the state as well as the interaction between governmental, nongovernmental and private institutions. The aim of good governance is to reduce poverty, provide for a sustainable economy, to protect and enforce human rights, to maintain transparent democracy, and to respect the rule of law while fostering international cooperation. With our theme of Good Governance, we aim to provide a broad approach to international issues and look forward to provoking a fruitful and stimulating discussion that leads to innovative solutions.

The organizing team of BRIMUN is looking forward to welcoming our future delegates, speakers and contributors to the campus of Jacobs University Bremen from April 12th to 16th, 2014.

Why sponsor BRIMUN?BRIMUN has regularly attracted a large number of the best students across Germany and Europe; representing institutions such as Cambridge University, Oxford University, London School of Economics, Sciences Po, Stockholm University and Freie Universität Berlin. With your corporation, you will enjoy access to a wide audience of potential customers, employees or business partners. In addition, your participation in an MUN event with a focus on good governance will reinforce your image as a ……………………. firm to an essential demographic. Lastly, through cooperation with Jacobs University Bremen, your firm’s goodwill and contribution to international diplomacy will be made apparent to an international community of over 110 nationalities.

We believe your company, with its emphasis on ……………………………….. would be a good partner in what we see as a mutually beneficial deal with BRIMUN at Jacobs University Bremen.

With a contribution of 1000 Euros, we would create a prize for “Best Delegate” in the name of your company. A student winning the prize would be certain to put the money towards valuable causes and develop into an integral member of our increasingly globalized world.

We predict a similar, if not better turnout for this year’s event and we look forward to your participation and support in its success.
