With the assistance of the DILG Field Officer, the LNB will:

1. Orient all Punong Barangays in their area within February 2016.

2. Remind the Punong Barangays to:

☐ List the identified priority projects; and ☐ Submit the list to the DILG.

Punong Barangay

A. Undertake the following activities within February 2016:

1. Attend the city/municipal dialogue convened by LnB City/Municipal Chapter President;

2. Convene the Barangay Development Council (BDC) for the orientation on the Barangay BuB;

3. Conduct a planning workshop to identify priority projects.

B. Undertake the following activities within March 2016:

1. Conduct the barangay assembly for the approval of the priority projects;

2. Accomplish AIP Form No. 5 which contains the priority projects; and

3. Submit AIP Form No. 5 to the DILG on or before March 31, 2016.
