Mr. Bornemann will be a Regional Vice President in 2018. With the experience of launching five countries and building teams into ten countries, he is looking forward to the launch of the next Asian countries as well as the next 24 Latin American countries. “I am more excited today about ACN than I have ever been. We will do more in the next five years than we have done in the past twenty years. What could that mean to you and your family?” Brad Bornemann is from a small town in Wisconsin. He grew up in an environment where Family was the most important thing. He was the second person in his family to obtain a college education, earning two degrees in four and a half years. Mr. Bornemann started his early career at an independent television station that later became one of the first Fox Affiliates. From these humble beginnings, an ABC affiliate sought out his talents to be their production director. He became an award winning Producer/Director of commercials, telethons and newscasts. After several years, he left this creative world to pursue a more lucrative career in sales for Universal Studios Hollywood. He headed a critical division within the Sales Department that helped maximize the department’s profitability. But, as is the story with so many large companies, Universal reorganized the Sales Department and after seven and a half years of loyal service, he and his entire staff were laid off. Determined to never again allow a company to dictate his financial future, he went back to his creative roots as a production freelancer in the movie industry. As a freelancer, Mr. Bornemann worked for large companies such as Warner Brothers, HBO, CBS, and Animal Planet. Brad Bornemann He enjoyed working with some incredibly talented people including John Goodman, Ed Asner, Diedrich Bader, Olympia Dukakis, Sally Field, Eriq La Salle, Bruce Boxleitner, and Danny Trejo. But the long hours and the high stress of the Hollywood world, made Mr. Bornemann think there had to be a better way. In 2003, he was introduced to ACN by an Academy Award winning Sound Editor. With his freelance schedule of 16 - 20 hours a day; while some weeks working six to seven days a week, he started building his ACN business very part-time. In 2006, he put his freelance film career behind him and spent eight-and-a half months in New Zealand where he was instrumental in the ACN launch of that country. From there Mr. Bornemann spent two years building teams in Australia. He participated in the launch of energy into the Netherlands, and spent four months in Hungary and The Czech Republic as ACN welcomed these countries to the ACN Family. Recently he participated in the launch of Mexico. He has become one of the most experienced ACN business owners in country launches. He receives great pleasure from helping his team achieve their hopes and dreams and is devoted to their success.
