Tradition and heritage

that’s difficult to match

Throughout the decades, the company’s strong values

have held firm - building trust, maintaining credibility and

doing things in the proper manner.

St James Place, Pangbourne

Durham House, Caversham, Reading

Ilex Close, Sonning Common, Oxon

Having an enviable reputation within the industry and amongst clients confirms that these traditional values still have a vital role to play in the modern world. A highly responsible approach to the environment, and professionalism in the planning and design process ensure that T A Fisher homes are sympathetic to their surroundings - which adds to their undoubted desirability.

A constant and over-riding philosophy is ‘build to a standard, not to a price’ and the stamp of the Master Builder is evident in all T A Fisher Homes.

With the refurbishment and restoration of Reeds Hill Farm House at its heart, the Bracken Grange project has seen our team of architects work closely with Bracknell Forest Borough Council to recreate the original setting in which the original buildings stood. By presenting new barn-style houses in a typical farmyard arrangement, Bracken Grange successfully unites tradition with modernity to create an ideal collection of family homes. A careful and considered selection of construction materials and methods ensures that each new build home at Bracken Grange achieves Level III of The Code for Sustainable Homes. As such, the development will be characterised by minimal environmental impact and the highest quality construction.

But of course, your choice of home will never be based on design alone – no matter how impressive! We know that location also has an important role to play in your decision. Fortunately, Bracken Grange is set close to Bracknell town centre and the abundant amenities this represents.

Reeds Hill Farm Cottage, Grade II listed restoration.

Welcome to Bracken Grange, an intimate and

highly anticipated collection of only twelve

properties purpose-designed and built for its

unique location.

Bracken Grange features the restoration of

a Grade II listed cottage, sympathetically

designed barn-style houses and new build

three bedroom houses.

We have already proved our reputation many times over with stunning local developments including Netherby Lodge in Bracknell, Peel Court in Pangbourne, Harvest End in Caversham and Cliddesden Place in Basingstoke. Founded in 1895, T A Fisher have built an enviable reputation in the Thames Valley for constructing high quality homes for the most discerning of purchasers.

Based locally in Reading they engage many skilled and dedicated tradesmen, resulting in properties which demonstrate excellent attention to detail and are consistently regarded as being genuinely superior. T A Fisher’s unrivalled breadth of experience includes contemporary apartments through to executive residences at the top end of the market. Furthermore, their expertise in restoration and conversion of historical and listed buildings has been honed at Purley Magna, between Reading and Pangbourne, a Grade II* listed building in a glorious parkland setting.

Bracken Grange is situated in the heart of the Bracknell Forest Borough of Berkshire. The development is enveloped on the east and south sides by both Swinley and Crowthorne Woods.

Bracknell is looking to the future and the approval of a £750 million mixed use scheme to regenerate the town. This includes a fantastic covered town square where many annual events and activities will take place, making the homes at Bracken Grange a superb investment. Currently the town features ‘The Point’ which is home to a modern multi-screen cinema, ten-pin bowling complex and several high profile shopping centres with extensive collections of large retail chains such as Bentalls, Principles, Top Shop, Argos, Halfords & Sainsbury’s – to name but a few! Within walking distance of Bracken Grange you will also find those small amenities we all long for, such as takeaways, a post office, a small supermarket as well as a pharmacy.

When it comes to your leisure time, Bracknell is a world of possibility. The beautiful South Hill Park, dating back to 1760 is home to a diverse arts facility and incorporates a small cinema and the Wilde Theatre, named after Oscar Wilde.

Bracknell has a large leisure centre featuring comprehensive athletic facilities. Downshire Golf Complex, John Nike Leisuresports Complex, Esporta, Coral Reef Water Park and The Outlook Centre is fun for the whole family!

The excellent transport infrastructure makes Bracknell a popular centre for

international corporations such as Hewlett Packard, Siemens, Fujitsu, BMW,

Waitrose, Johnson & Johnson and Panasonic.

Within walking distance a regular bus service operates from nearby South Hill

Road and Crowthorne Road with direct links to the town centre and Bracknell

rail station every 20 minutes.

Two railway stations serve the region, both of which are on the main Waterloo

to Reading line. Perfectly placed for access to M3 Junction 3 and M4 Junction

10, Bracknell is only 10 miles away from Reading, 11 miles from Windsor and

33 miles from London. With all this right on its doorstep, Bracken Grange is the

perfect location for any family.

Sometimes something a little bit special comes to the market and Reeds Hill Farm Cottage is quite simply a stunning property, steeped in history and full of charm and heritage, lovingly restored to its former glory by T A Fisher.

The famous poet Percy Bysshe Shelley (4 August 1792 – 8 July 1822), was thought to have rented the cottage around 1814 with his first wife Harriet. Shelley was famous for his association with John Keats and Lord Byron penning such works as ‘The Masque of Anarchy’ and ‘Ode to the West Wind’. The novelist Mary Shelley was his second wife with whom he co- wrote ‘Frankenstein’.
