PreparationHire a professional photographer or photograph with the right equipment. Prepare the property: clean, no distracting or personal items, no people or pets in the pictures. Use as much natural light as possible. Avoid taking photos in bright sunlight or on rainy days. Low camera angle without cutting objects at the bottom or capturing too much ceiling.

Variety & amountCapture the whole space with an unobstructed view and try different angles. Inside: Living room, kitchen, master bedroom, bathroom, dining area. Outside: Front elevation, entrance, car park, backyard, balcony, patio, pool. Extra: surrounding area, neighbourhood, aerial photos (label as “location shots”). Highlight the best features and important details. Include floor plans.
