CapEx – HOW IT WORKS
The applicant creates a new CapEx request by entering all required information and uploading the corresponding o�ers. Several users might perform the entering process simultaneously. When the application is completed, the user forwards the request for veri�cation.
The user, e.g. responsible controller veri�es the content and quality of the entered and attached informa-tion. Triggered by the completed data the request is assigned to the correct CapEx work�ow following the business rules. In case of shortcomings, the request might be returned for correction.
The user in charge of the evaluation of the technical content reviews the supporting documentation easily via web browser or mobile app. In case of shortcomings, the request might be returned for correction to the applicant.
The assigned approvers are selected by the system according to their approval limits. They can accept or reject the CapEx request easily via web browser or mobile app.
The CapEx module automatically generates an investment order in the ERP in accordance with the approved CapEx application.
