EMPOWERING PROVINCIAL COMMISSIONS

• Term of Office of PCs expired in 2002

• Minister not able to re-appoint in terms of Boxing Act

• BSA met with Provinces in November 2002

• Distinction between political and admin tracks to ensure continuity of boxing

• Provincial Commissions become committees of BSA
