California-based Bascom Group acquired the 183-unit Boulder Palm Senior Apartments at 4350Boulder Hwy. in Las Vegas, NV for $10.35 million, or about $57,000 per unit, from BPLV LLC.

Situated on four acres, the multifamily complex consists entirely of one-bedroom units averaging 462square feet. Amenities include a fitness center, spa, laundry facility, and community game room.

Doug Schuster and Vittal Ram of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the seller. The buyerhandled the sale in-house.
