OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH – Responsible Mining recognizes that the impact of a company’s activities on health and safety of both the employees and affected communities is primarily the responsibility of the company. Adequate measures should be put in place at every stage of the mining in order to address health issues and safety concerns. --CSR Guidebook, COMP 2011
