Where are you from?I’m from gaebong-dong, Guro-gu, seoul, Korea. I’ve lived at home up till now. And I never lived the other city except trip.

Where are you living during the Academic year? I’m living in my house with my family. My house is located in gaebong-dong, Guro-gu, seoul, Korea. It takes 40 minutes for go to school.

Which city would love to live in?I think Seoul is the best city to live for modern people. One of the best point is convenience traffic. Even if the environment of air is bad, there is good advantage that a number of road and metro are connected each other.

Which is your hobby?My hobby is watching movie and playing billiard. Most recently I watched movie is iron man 3. I’m so interested a house in the movie. It have so beautiful scenery about sea. Like this, my exactly hobby is find a interesting house at the movie.

Which is your lever of English?I’m not good at use to English. When I write something, I have to use dictionary or get some help by someone who can use English fluently.

Which are your two favorite architects in Korea and why?First, I like do-jin hawng. Because of he’s idea, which is symbol of porosity. When he come to our school, I was so moved to him. He’s poros-ity theory was very interested. And also his design of the Korean style architecture is very famous to korean architect. Second person is soon-young choi. He teached me at school, when I was freshman. Thanks for his good lead, I can get good grade for about architecture design class. His architecture style is very easy. Penetration mass can help that we can design to easier. That style is very interesting to me.

Which are your two favorite architects in the

world and why?In world, I respect 2 person. First, Philiph johnson who was design for glass house. I was moved about the house when I was freshman. He put the nature in the house through the all glass wall. The other is UN studio. Especially venz museum is very good architecture. That building has nice circula-tion.

Which are the two building you considered as best architecture project in Korea and why?D-cube city and student union at the SSU university. That two building is good to show the intend about architect.

Which are the two building you considered as a best architecture project in the World and why?Mercedes venz museum, glass house. The museum has nice circulation is the reason why I choose. Glass house is appropriate to combine house with nature.

For which kind of people are you going to design in the future?I’m goint to design for the rich guys who doesn’t mind about the money of construc-tion. Therefore, I can freely design without some kind of pression.

Why do you want to be an architect? Or what is the best to be an architect?I think that architect is very attractive job. Architect have to study all about tecnology that is connected with constitution, function, beauty. If architect miss out as one of that things, architecture can’t useful. This compre-hensive field is very real art.

My clients are super junior that guys are popular singer in the world. They are fancy existence and center of the world. Their schedule is always full for concert, broadcasting, etc. The number of their prizes are approximately 70 since 2008. And they have a lot of big fans and fan cafe, which is componersed 1 hundred 60 thousand people. Super junior have got lots of love and attention since then when they are debut. But popularity is not always with them. As every talent and famous singer are experience bad problems, Super junior also experienced that thing. Like a accident of car, durgs, rumor of love with other singers, discord. They have some opinions in house. First, they want to get more comfortable house. After schedule, they have not enough time to rest. so they must rest effectively for the next schedule. Second is the daylight. In all day, they can not see sunlight. Almost they stay indoors. so they need to get daylight in house. Third one is the polarity fans. Super junior is very popular stars. There are so many fans to super junior. Some of them get in the way to progress as planned. So their house must have not exposed to ordinary people. The last opinion is they want to get individual place about two kind of space. There are two kind of character of members. One is passive, the other thing is lively char-acter. They don’t want to disturb each other. So they ask to me, “divide the house about two parts.” Therefore, my design for this guys will be a solution to that problems and opinions.

The natural sunlight can reach all corners of the office space. Mo-tor driven blinds are installed at the western facade, beside using them as a major design element of the facade, they create a dou-ble layer that will help sun shade and cross ventilation.

The advantages of having such a green wall is air cleaning, hu-midification, evaporation of the air, sound absorbing, the distinct symbol of having a unique profile and appreciations from visitors are just a few benefits listed by the people at Greenworks.

By increasing the amount of solar heat that is reflected or ab-sorbed by the film, Sun-Gard products reduce the amount of heat that is transmitted through the glass. Reducing solar heat offers a more comfortable interior space in a building or vehicle.

One of the best point of using the duct system is the ventilation of the air. Naturalistically air can be ventilated but if the ventilation is not smooth, duct system will be help. Hot and polluted air will be up and change to fresh one according to the duct pipes.

Radiant systems can save large amounts of energy while also providing better comfort, depending on the building and the cli-mate. Traditional systems us standalone radiators, while modern systems are often built into floors or ceilings.

Most important idea is here. If the wall is lean, we can get lots of the Sun light easily. And we can adjust the difference of seasons. When I don’t need to get daylight, our lean wall will be block the heat and light naturalistically by the angle of roof and wall.

If windows material is some kind of mirror that can diffuse reflec-tion, we can guard some eyesight, heat, light etc to easy. When I intall that material at the exterior, we can block one’s eyesight for the privacy to my clients.

There are so many character for super junior. I have to arrange that things for my design. Their characters are different to other people. There-fore what they need things are different with the other person. Facilities, arrangement life time, etc. So we can see the difference at the diagram.

TESTING MODEL TESTING MODEL

I studied about the way of light and difference of brightness. According to this test, we can know about the correlation, which is difference of the brightness of consequential different kind mate-rials. Through this testing model, you can see the purpose of my think.

About this project, there are several things what I want to show it. First, I want to appear at the model that has dif-ference of brightness. As you can see, model have several equipment to express the bright-ness. That is the yellow pannel and alphabet. The yellow pannel’s function is not only change the color but also change brightness. In model, light means people’s eye sight. So I want to install some equipment for make difference of degree about penetrability. House have some place, which are have in different openness. That’s why the yellow pannel is there.The cylinder is kind of equipment to help the smooth testing. That one can focus the light on the wall when I shoot the light. Focused light can show the difference of the brightness clearly. Second, the hole aluminum. That aluminum pan-nel’s function is show the blind or half blind. As you can see, if I shoot the light that aluminum pannel hinder the sight at the other aspect. But if I remove the light, we can see the other sight of that pannel. That is very interesting conclu-sion of test. And discovery of the material part. For my client, K-pop stars, that things are need. They need privacy, hide from their fans. So I can choose material for blind and open.The last my purpose is appear to penetrability and impermeableness. In that model, there are some materials what are impermeableness and penetrability. These materials are in harmony. Dif-ferene of light solubility can maximize the con-clusion of the test. Something reflect the light, something are block penetration of light, some-thing are allow penetration of light. That differ-ence are come from character of the materials. So we can arrange about the idea of this study. that agrrangement can help to choice of my house’s materials. Open space’s material will be more open than close space. This decision help to me about the design for K-pop stars. Where I open, where I close like that.

This is my concept model. And the model is not completed. As you can see, there are three cyl-inders and the ramp surrounding the cylinders. The cylinders means the my client, blind man’s space. Make mention of the space, first space is his private space, and the second is his playing space, and the last space is some kind of relex space. And the roof is garden. So the blind man can go up the top tag along with the ramp. And thanks to the ramp, he will go easily.

Life of handi-capped

1. LocationHyeri art village is located in bubheung-ri, tanhyun-myun, paju-si, kyungki-do, korea. That location is not close to seoul, also close to seoul. If I get there by public transporta-tion, it will takes about 2 hours. That village is located at north side to south Korea.

2. AccessibilityIf I get the public transportation, it is hard to get there. Because, it is too long that waiting for bus. The bus, which is going to the heyri, has so long term to each bus. It takes about 30 minuates for get the bus. And also, that bus are so popular, we can’t ride to easy. There are a lot of people who want to get that bus. Because that bus has variety and long way to destination while negotiation. Therefore there are lots of people who want to use the bus. But if we choose the way of get there by car, we can arrive at that village easy. The reason is exist at the road. The way of purpose to hyeri are wide and tranquil. So if I drive faster than regulation of the road law, it can’t be problem. In conclusion, choice of the car is easier than use about public transperation.

3. Feeling siteThat village is very beautiful art village. Each of the architectures are in harmony, and all that buildings are good at express of the idea and concept of architect. Quiet and peace-ful village has goot point to express the architect’s design. Every site has character for itself. Our site has some characters. That site is surrounded with mountains and hills. It is good to block some kind of noise, someone’s eyesight. Also there are many kind of house for artist. That houses have not quite height. Basically, these houses have floor less than 4 floor. So that houses are not disturb that my client’s open view. If that houses have some kind of high level or height of thatself, maybe it will be hard that client and user ,who use my design house, see the outside or landscape of that village. So it is nice place about my design for K-pop stars.

4. What I used to make this flimI used some kind of tools that is making flim. That program’s name is windows movie maker. It is good to make a flim easier than the other programs, which is flime maker. Even though, the windows movie maker have some tools that is so basic, we can make some great flims if we make an effort at the programs. Because of the level of use is very low. That program is so basic program to make a flim. The company ‘WINDOWS‘ is wanted to make some programs, which is easy to use for every people like a children or old man, beginner.

5. What I discoveredFirst of all, I discovered the brightness of that site. It is very important to me, cause of my client’s character. My main idea of design is put the sun light into hosue and block the sun light from outside. And also I have to think about the amount of the sunlight. My main concepts are plan about one of that. And I check the circumstance of that site, so I find some points to use it in my design. There are good open view to see some landscape of village. Distinctly it is very big advantage for my clients. Also there are lots of the day-light, which is what can I use for my clients.

6. Appropriate placeAccording to my opinion and study, the best of appropriate place is Korea. At this country, we can see the clearly difference of 4 seasons. It is big advantage and also big shortage. But I think it is very huge advantage. Because it is show to us about the beautiful scenary. And we have to lots of think for build a house, and automatically we are improved at that devel-opment process. Therefore I have satisfaction of the circumstance in our conditions. So my design process will be smooth and naturally.

We learn about the tool that very useful for de-sign like, Photoshop, Indesign, Rhino. In photo-shop, we can creat illust easy. In indesign, we can make a booklet. At rhino, we can make our archi-tecture for 3D. That things are very good to us.

Why the walls have to be at right angle? Why not the roof have angle? All the possibility is open. But we just can’t find it. This semester, I learn about break my fixed idea. My thinking is changed for organically thinking.

According to the angle of sun, I can make sure the shape of house. And it is good to get daylight in Korea. Also my clients protect their privacy by lean wall. I want to build a house to reasonable design.

Through about the axonometrci at the rhino, I can show the idea of lean wall and the shape of the house at large. Of course it is not the fixed model, but it can be close to the final. I’m sure about the idea that is lean wall.

We can see the all about my study that I have done. That is solar pannel, green wall, translucent glass, hole aluminum, lean wall, etc. I try to explain some equipment of my house from this brief plans. For example, about the materials, expression, scale, etc. So, you can understand my ideas from these elevations and roof plan. Sometimes, 2D plans are more easy to understand than 3D plans.

According to the sun’s orbit, it is suit to build architecture in long aspect to east to west. Unexpectedly long shape’s effect is very big. In summer, we can avoid the hot air, cause of the angle of the light. But in winter, we can get lots of the daylight, cause of the lean sun. So it is advantageous that build a long house to east to west for the climate and temperature.
