With 90,000 2016 magazines successfully distributed to the visitors of East Devon and West Dorset, we are now

planning our 2017 editions of Jurassic Coast Magazine.

Printed on an attractive uncoated paper, the magazine showcases the best attractions each town/area has to offer in a lifestyle magazine format. We use award-winning photography and the knowledge of local writers to give the visitors to the area a richer insight into the superb culture we have on offer. There literally is something for everyone. Our 2016 editions produced superb results for advertisers, and provided visitors to the area with a handy guide book to explore the diverse cultural offerings of Lyme Bay. The aim for 2017 is to increase the number of stories and features to accompany the advertising content.

Jurassic Coast Magazine 2017 will be made up of six editions, which span the length of the Jurassic Coastline World Heritage sites in East Devon and West Dorset.

Each edition will be widely distributed in accommodation, Tourist Information Centres and by our advertisers throughout 2017, as well as promoted online on our website and through social media.

With our 2017 issues going live in April 2017 we are inviting you to be a part of Jurassic Coast Magazine. All the facts and figures are on the following pages, which should give you a full insight to this unique opportunity. We have an option for everyone, from full page editorials to accommodation and services listings.

This lovely seaside town nestles beneath majestic red cliffs and the rolling hills of the glorious Sid Valley. One of the finest gems of the Jurassic Coast, no trip to the town – described by the Poet Laureate, John Betjeman as “A town caught still in a timeless charm”– is complete without visiting the excellent Jurassic Coast Interpretation Centre on the Esplanade.

You can discover more about the World Heritage Site at Sidmouth Museum which is full of interesting local history, as well as featuring displays based on the railways in Sidmouth, from Victorian times to the present day.

• Why not take a walk along the South West Coast Path and discover Sidmouth’s iconic red cliffs.

• You can’t visit without exploring the beautiful beaches on offer. Jacobs Ladder beach is a magnet for families who wait for the tide to ebb to expose beautiful golden sands.

discover the soul of The Otter ValleyWelcome to the 2016 edition of Otter Magazine, an annual publication aiming to provide a richer, deeper, more enjoyable guide to everything that The Otter Valley has to offer.

This part of the UNESCO World Heritage Coastline is characterised by its red coloured cliffs formed from Mercia Mudstone. The River Otter, rich in wildlife, winds its way from The Blackdown Hills through market towns like Honiton and Ottery St. Mary, coming to the coastline in Budleigh Salterton. The Otter Valley also forms part of the East Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
