Subject: PROPOSAL FOR SPONSORSHIP

After the successes of series of diversify events from the colorful Basant to

screening of cricket matches to corporate events, MEC and Dmax Entertainment is

now please to announce that we are arranging BASANT EVENT again in the month of

March 2013. The main purpose of this event is to promote Pakistani culture.

The yellow colour is a sign of auspiciousness and spirituality. It represents the

ripening of the spring crops. All the folk get together and sing songs connected with

spring. Indeed, yellow colour is given special importance on this day.

The subsidiary objective of the event is to provide a serene entertainment to the

people under one roof. This event is specially design to target all age group by putting

different activities like magic show, folk dances and etc.

Details of Boo-Kataa 2011

BOOKATAA Basant Fete 2011 a complete entertainment event for families and

couples at Beach View Club Sea View on 13 th Feb. Around 1500 people visit the show

and enjoy the segments and appreciate the management. For the first time in Pakistan

we had arranged a fashion show with live musical concert in a Basant event and it was

really cherished by the visitors. Performances by
