A TASTE OF SWEDENWhen you arrive at Bommars, you will be amazed by the forests surrounding your unique house. The lake can be found at just a 5 minute walk away from your residence. You will notice that you will hear nothing but silence and see amazing sights all around you. Leave your worries behind you and just enjoy Bommars.
When you enter your unique house the host will teach you the different ways, recipes and ovens you will work with at the bakery of Bommars.

A taste of Sweden
THE SWEDISH KITCHENThere will be an opportunity to bake the one of a kind Bommars “Tunn Brod”. Tunn Brod is seen as a special treat to the locals and can be made at the bakery of Bommars. This will give a taste of the Hälsingland culture, and make you feel like a local.
Speaking of local, you can visit three local companies that make their products from this area. The companies you will visit are companies that make: Ecological jam, a company that makes exclusive cheese and the last company makes their own bread. All of this is ecological and the ingredients are from the area.
The host will prepare a lunch with the bread you made together with a nice glass of wine when you return. Your hard efforts during baking will be rewarded with a relaxing stay at the sauna. Feel reborn after a dip in the lake that’s located directly outside the sauna.This is a great experience for you and your friends and the recipes are given to you at the end of the day. After your stay at Bommars you can surprise your family and friends with delicious Swedish delights.
A taste of SwedenDAY SCHEDULE:
Arrival:Arrive at the Hälsingegården Bommars.Baking.Lunch.Relaxing walk in the forest.Dinner in the sauna.
The second day:Breakfast.Baking.Picnic and a visit to 3 local companies.Dinner at Bommars. Relaxing after wish.
Departure:Breakfast.Finish the residence at BommarsTransport back to ljusdal.
