I’m writing from Scotland. I returned from Texas; not crazy about leaving my mother, but she and I felt it was okay and that I can get back quickly if I need to. Please continue to pray for her (Celestine) as she goes through her chemo treatments. I am so glad to be home and was met with cold and rain and then snow – hey! It’s Scotland!! Bob performed the first of three weddings recently! (Tune in next month for more pictures of more weddings!) Busy time for him! We will be starting a gathering with these and other young couples to help them in their adventure of marriage and also to show them the ‘Way of Love’ through Jesus. Most of these couples are not believers-YET!! I, Melissa, had the opportunity to attend the Globe candidate school while in the States. It was a great week getting to know all the new folks coming into Globe and getting to be with the wonderful staff and Lead Team in Globe. I taught on Member Care and Child Safety. It was such a joy to get to individually meet with each of these new Candidates to Globe. We are growing and the Kingdom is pressing ever forward. As Bob and I begin to devote more of our time and energies into our roles as Directors of Member Care, we know connecting by various means with our Globe International Missionaries and building and working with our Member Care Team will see us traveling more. We believe the Lord has given us this opportunity to help and encourage these frontline goers and also back home senders. We started this Member Care journey with Globe over five years ago and we are excited to see it becoming woven into the fabric of who Globe is as a family. Bob will be in the States in April and May. His contact number is 850-324-6945. He would love to meet with folks and share our vision for Overtoun House, His Family Church, Scotland and member care. PRAYER REQUESTS: 1. Pray for the Grace Wing 2. Pray for John McMillan: he fell and tore the ligaments in his knee 3. Pray for Melissa’s mother: Celestine 4. Pray for God’s blessing upon Ruby 5. Prayerfully consider partnering with us for two years in blessing our Grace Wing ladies 6. PRAISE REPORT: Melissa was blessed to be with her mother. 7. PRAISE REPORT: It’s good to get home!
