It is hercby notified for general information that the 1st llalf Ycarly Departmental

Examination of Oficers, 2021 conducted by the Board of Revenue for all Departments of Govt of Odisha will be held from 04.06.2021 to 09.06.2021 at all District Headquarters as per the

programme enclosed.

Online Viva-Voce Examination will be held from 21.06.2021 to 09.07.2021 from the office building of Board of Revenue, Odisha, Rajaswa Bhawan, Chandini chowk, Cuttack

according to the Rules for Departmental Examination of the respective scrvices as per the programme enclosed. The details of examination schedule (both written & viva-voce) can be

downloaded from website of Board (boardodisha.nic.in). The Forenoon and Afternoon sittings of the written examination will begin at

10:00 A.M & 2:00 P.M respectively. The Officers must remain present at the examination hall

15 minutes before the commencement of the Examination.

The examinees are required to furnish application through Online only. The link

for submission of application online shall be available from

15.05.2021.(Note: 15.05.2021 is the last date for the submission of online application). 15.04.2021 to

examinees are requested to visit the Board's website (boardodisha.nic.in) and before

proceeding for filling the online application form, they are required to go through the

guidelines and instructions available in Board's website.(Annexure-)

forwarded through the next Higher Authority. No candidate shall be allowed into the

Examination Hall without ADMIT CARD. The officers under training at the Gopabandhu Academy of Administration,

Bhubaneswar / Madhusudan Das Regional Academy of Financial Management (MDRAFM),

Bhubaneswar / any other institution should submit their application in the above manner

through their Academy / Institute. Online Admit Cards shall be issued to the Examinees during

the last week of May,2021. For answering the written paper "with books", the officers will be

allowed to use only Bare Acts and Rules brought by them. No other reference material shall be

allowed inside the Examination Hall. Any candidate found indulging in any kind of malpractice

during examination hours shall be debarred from appearing in the Departmental Examination

of the next three years. Besides, she / he shall also be recommended for Departmental action.

The Examinees, who want to get exemption from appearing at the ODIA

Examination should upload attested copy of H.S.C. or its equivalent or Higher

Qualification having Odia as a subject & also upload forwarding letter signed by their

respective Heads of office.

Neither offline application nor multiple online applications shall be

ntertained. The Candidature of those, who apply multiple times, shall be invalid.

GUIDELINES AND INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMISSION

OF

ONLINE APPLICATION FORM FOR “DEPARTMENTAL EXAMINATION.“

PREREQUISITE:

Before proceeding for filling the Online Application Form ‘the applicant is

required to have the following:

1) Personal Mobile Number of the applicant, for validations and future

correspondence. In case you provide wrong/incorrect mobile phone

number you will not be able to receive the updates.

2) Clearly scanned latest Passport size Photograph , Signature (size limited

to minimum 10 KB and maximum 50 KB each). Forwarding letter from

the heads of the office where the applicant is posted (size limited to

150 kb to 300 kb) and the scanned HSC or equivalent certificate

(Optional) for exemption from passing of Odia.

(Please note that the field marked with ‘*’ is mandatory.)

Step I.

Click on Apply Online available on the left hand side panel as shown

below.

Step 2. The examination form will appear on the screen and you are ready for

filling up of the form. Please fill the details as per the format, wherever it is

mentioned. The fields which are marked as * are mandatory. The form MUST

be filled with utmost care and accuracy.

Part 1 of the form: Enter the Personal Details, viz.

a. Name of the Service

d. Father’s/Husband Name

h. Do you want to be exempted from passing of Odia in the Departmental

Examination?

If, YES: Upload HSC or equivalent certificate.

If, NO: Either opt Odia as a paper for appearing in the Departmental

Examination or Proceed.

� After filling all these information, Candidate has to click on “Submit”

button.

� After submit, create your password as per the instructions.

The Password should be more than 8 characters which must contain at least one

upper case, one lower case, one symbol and one number digit (ex: 0,1,2,3 etc.),

� Enter the security code, which is displayed on the screen.

� Click on Confirm button to finally submit the application form.

� After confirmation, an unique Application no. will be provided to the

candidate.

One can print the acknowledgement by pressing Ctrl+P

� Finally candidate can log into his/her user id by giving the Application No

with password assigned by him/her in Candidates login .

� After successfully applying the form, the entered form can be displayed/

modified as per the desire of the candidate by accessing the form with

application form no & password.

By logging into the applicant login, a screen is displayed with different option.

1- Edit Application

2- Download Acknowledgement

3- Download forwarding Letter

4- Download HSC or Equivalent Certificate.
