pumpkin day. “The McLemore pumpkin patch is one of our favorite field trips. The small, family owns a farm in Colony, Oklahoma and offers many fun and educational resources
for the students. Upon our return to school, the students performed several experiments with the pumpkins we purchased, and it was a wonderful learning
experience for all.” said Mrs. Willard. Mrs. Ball said “We guessed whether our pumpkin would sink or float, guessed how much it would weigh, and how many seeds it would have. It floated, weighed 77 lbs, and had
570 seeds inside.”
