If you can, go for a walk. During this time try this senses scavenger hunt. Double click on the icon to view and complete the worksheet.

You have the chance to be the teacher now! Time to stay fit and active. Set a timer for 2 minutes and make up some warm up exercises to last this time. Remember all the good moves we’ve made in the gym hall! Think of the different ways we

move, stretch and warm up. You could even choose your favourite song to warm up to. Once you have created it you

could share it with us on Twitter.
